Admiral Kane, "The Black Hawk," is one of the three Admirals of the Navy and the one most associated with the concept of Absolute Justice.
Appearance[]
A tall slender and muscled man with short neat black hair and a well trimmed beard. He has amber eyes that penetrate right through you. He has two scars on his face, one above his right eye and one on his left cheek. He looks stern constantly.
Personality[]
Respectful, stern and unrelenting, he cares not for methods, only the results, he would gladly sacrifice civilians in order to capture his target and will use any means to destroy those he has targeted, goings as far as completely destroying whole villages in order to find one person.
Goals[]
Kane is a man who follows the letter of the law. He wishes to rid the world of corruption and piracy, and craves for the law to be handed down to all. Those who do not obey the law have no place in his world view, and must be eliminated.
